After construction, the problem is fine dust. Drywall and concrete dust settles into every horizontal surface, inside cabinetry, on top of ductwork and through ventilation systems. Ordinary cleaning moves it around; it needs HEPA extraction, working top-down, with the ventilation system addressed rather than ignored.
After a fire or flood, the problem is contamination and time. Smoke residues are acidic and keep etching surfaces until they are neutralised. Standing water becomes a mould problem within roughly 48 hours. Both demand immediate response, structural drying, removal of materials too damaged to save, and treatment of what remains — which is why our crews mobilise outside business hours for these calls.
